Hello. I'm Marc Anthony Rios and I'm a Las Vegas native. I am an avid reader and a nature lover. Over the years I've worked quite a few jobs. A few of those were at the Community College of Southern Nevada, now CSN, in the computer lab. Afterward I did some freelance work for some associates that were computer networking instructors, back when Netware was big. That line of work gave me a chance to play around with several lines of HP servers which was an a hands on introduction into computer hardware.

After that I had a string of retail jobs and until I finally found a job that perfectly fit my passion, a book store. I worked at Border's Books until they closed down and it was probably the best experience of my life. Not only did I get to be around aisles of books but I immersed myself in what was out there. I used my broad range of academic interests to direct them to the most helpful books. My interests include but are not limited to, nutrition, natural medicine, the natural sciences, philosophy, history, politics, economics, mathematics, cooking, meditation, religion, exercise, the martial arts and ecology. This gave me the opportunity to read books from a variety of authors on a variety of topics. I had an opportunity to acquire enough of a foundation on my topics of interests to locate even hard to find books to learn more.

As I am not a mainstream media kind of guy I read many different alternative news sites as well as many libertarian websites. I've learned that in the modern world it is vitally important to be able to do as much for myself as I can including taking care of my health and educating myself. I make it a point of pride to be able to find books for both myself and others. And that's why I write, to bring information and learning resources to others.
